1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through this webshop and to all use of the website. By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Availability
All products offered on this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations may occur.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.

4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. A binding agreement is formed once the order has been shipped and you have received a shipping confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed on business days before 16:00 (4:00 PM) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends and public holidays are shipped on the next business day. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
In accordance with EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without stating a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods, using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items that are worn, damaged, or incomplete
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
- Hygiene-sensitive items, where applicable

8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of the brand. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the seller’s country of establishment. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in accordance with EU regulations.
