Returns & Refund policy

Before starting your return, please carefully read our Refund Policy.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item, provided it is unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition.

To start your return, please follow the steps via our return portal below.

Return Period – 14 Days

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to register and send back your return.

Your return must be registered and shipped within this 14-day period. Returns registered or shipped after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

Please keep your proof of shipment as confirmation that your return was sent within the return period.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Shipping & Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in the case of defective or damaged items.
• The sender is responsible for the return shipment and any associated costs.
• NØRÉ Label is not responsible for lost return packages.
• Please keep your proof of return until your return has been fully processed.

Partial Returns & Shipping Fees

If you return part of your order and the total value of the items you keep falls below €100.00, we reserve the right to charge the original shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

Return QR code

You can easily create your return label below.

We offer a QR code return service, meaning you do not have to pay for the return label upfront. The cost of the return label (€9.95) will be covered by us initially and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

This way, you can return your items quickly and easily without any immediate payment.

For NL: Please bring your parcel to a staffed DPD service point.
Do not use a DPD locker, as the QR code/return label will not work there.
